My perspective was built through years of managing real projects, leading field execution, solving problems under schedule pressure, and creating structure where none existed.
Today, I combine that operational perspective with software architecture. The result is not technology for technology's sake. It is software shaped by actual jobsites, actual constraints, and the people accountable for getting the work done.
